A refundable Security Deposit of $200.00 is required for all Reservations
in addition to purchase of Accidental Rental Damage Insurance ($45).
The standard Security Deposit of $500.00 will be required if
Leaseholder opts out of Accidental Rental Damage Insurance.
Travel Guard Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance is available
on all Reservations - please ask for details.
